The challenge
Nearly 30 years of regional impact and a growing set of programs needed a clear structure for families, donors, and community partners across multiple counties.
Families needed to understand which programs, counties, and participation requirements applied to them.
English- and Spanish-speaking audiences needed equitable access to program, mental-health, donation, and organizational information.
The approach
We organized the experience around PCEP, H.O.P.E.S., AVANCE to College, Families Building Communities, and the organization’s distinct Well Together support.
We organized navigation around program discovery, the organization’s history and impact, and clear join-or-donate actions.
Bilingual content and repeatable program pages explain services such as home visits, parent education, early-childhood education, and Well Together.
The outcome
A more accessible regional platform for finding programs, understanding eligibility, celebrating impact, and supporting AVANCE-North Texas.
