The challenge
AVANCE needed to organize a national story, multiple programs, regional locations, impact reporting, and distinct journeys for families, partners, job seekers, and donors.
The organization needed one experience for families, chapters, licensees, partners, donors, job seekers, and media.
National impact and financial transparency had to coexist with accessible explanations of family-facing programs.
The approach
We created a scalable information structure that makes programs such as PCEP, Head Start, Quality Child Care Matters, and AVANCE to College easier to understand and explore.
We prioritized routes to programs, locations, impact, organizational reporting, and ways to support the mission.
Repeatable content patterns allow a large nonprofit team to publish stories, reports, news, and program updates consistently.
The outcome
A clearer national platform for communicating AVANCE’s mission of social and economic justice and connecting families with programs and locations.
