The challenge

The collective needed to explain a nuanced mission—shifting power, strengthening community, and improving resource flow—while inviting eligible leaders and allied organizations to participate.

The site needed to define BIPOC/ALAANA and PN–5 clearly while preserving the collective’s movement-centered language.

Prospective members and allies needed to understand the different roles, benefits, and eligibility requirements.

The approach

We translated the coalition’s mission, membership model, benefits, and eligibility into an approachable site with a direct interest pathway.

We structured the experience around the collective’s mission, vision, membership exchange, and invitation to apply.

English and Spanish pathways support a broader community of Texas leaders and organizations.

The outcome

A focused digital home for building the network, amplifying underinvested communities, and supporting policy change around equitable family services.
